The COMMON EUROPEAN FRAMEWORK OF REFERENCE FOR LANGUAGES (CEF OR CERF) is a framework developed by Council of Europe to provide a standardization, transparency, Mobility and proficiency across different languages which serves guideline for learners, teachers and educational institute facilitating the process of language learning, teaching as well as assessment.
CEFR and Language Exams
- A1 – A2 : Cambridge English : Key (KET), Cambridge English : Preliminary (PET)
- B1 – B2 : Cambridge English : First (FCE), IELTS (Band 4- 6)
- C1 – C2 : Cambridge English : Advanced (CAE), Cambridge English : Proficiency (CPE), IELTS (Band 7 & Above)

- Can summarize from different source – spoken and written
